Shipping Information

Shipping is free in metropolitan France for all Shutter-Clothing.com customers.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped, containing the tracking number and a link to track the progress of your package.

Delivery time varies between 4 to 6 days in metropolitan France.

International orders

International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders outside the European Union are exempt from VAT; however, shipments may be subject to customs and imports duties. Shutter Clothing cannot predict what your particular charges may be. All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery. Refusal to pay these duties may result in the customs agents delaying or denying delivery of your shipment.

 

Free Returns

If for whatever reason you wish to return a product, you can return it for free (in perfect condition, unworn and with its original packaging and labeling) to the following address:

Upon presentation of proof of shipment (scanned and sent to [email protected]), return costs will be reimbursed (one reimbursed return per order).
