The picture : “Harlem, New york, Malcom X Boulevard. I was hanging around with my camera when I saw these kids in the playground. I came by them and just said “Hey boys what’s up?” and they came closer. This is how I started to shoot them, just before they start to yell “MUM!! MUM!!”. Few seconds after, I saw a couple of afro mamas coming in my direction, well decided to know more about my intention to shoot their kids…”
